Day 1 – Two Days in Milan
Morning
Your self-guided walking or better to say sightseeing tour will inevitably start from city core. I like to call it centro (center) storico (historic) walking tour. This tour duration is approximately from two to two hours and half.
All depends on the sights you select and do you opt for rooftop of the Duomo, interior of the cathedral or both of them. In that case this tour will last at least another hour. In this case pick out express Milan Duomo and rooftop skip the line tour.

I suggest to spend your afternoon of two days in Milan in Brera nearby Sempione Park, located just behind Castello Sforzesco. This park it’s a kind of Milan’s version of Central Park. There is so much to see and do, you could easily spend a full day there.
Sforza Castle (Milan castle) is one of the renowned Milan tourist attractions. This symbol of Milan, built by Francesco Sforza in the fifteenth century, is now a compulsory stopover for those visiting Milan.
