Traveling to Costa Teguise is easy. Holidaymakers should get to Lanzarote and than transfer to Costa Teguise from Lanzarote Airport.

There are many direct flights to Lanzarote from many major cities of Europe and the world. Flying to the other islands of the Canary Islands and then getting to Lanzarote by ferries is another option for getting to the island. The national airline for Lanzarote is the Iberian Airways.

The International Airport in Lanzarote is the Lanzarote Airport – ACE ((Phone: 902 404 704, 928 820 704; www.aena.es) and is located about 5km on the south of the capital city Arrecife.

There are two terminals at the Lanzarote airport that include; Terminal 1, for the international flights and Terminal 2, for the inter-island flights.

by Bus

Two bus routes connect Lanzarote airport to Arrecife. A bus runs in every 30 minutes to Arrecife.

by Taxi

Taxi to Arrecife costs about 12 Euros, to Costa Teguise about 20 Euros and to Playa Blanca about 40 Euros. Car hire is also another option for getting around the island. Many of those car hire agencies have offices at the airport offering cheap car hire in Lanzarote.

It is possible to get to Lanzarote by sea from the city of Cadiz in Spain. Trasmediterranea (www.trasmediterranea.es; Phone: 902 454 645) is the ferry company for Traveling via Cadiz. There are regular ferries once a week from Cadiz to Arrecife.

There are also regular ferries between the other islands of the Canaries.
