Do note that per night pricing on Airbnb.com can be very misleading, as they generally state the cheapest price that the property listed in low-season. These low-priced dates may already be sold out, and on top of that, you may find extras added into the total like cleaning fees, service fees, and occupancy taxes.
When it comes it high-season pricing, you’re probably looking at double the cost or more of what the Airbnb per night price is. In our pricing tables, the Cost Per Night is what you’ll actually pay when booking at this price. As in, we’ve already calculated the real per night pricing, by dividing the total cost by the number of days required in the minimum stay.
If Already Booked
