Long-Term Rentals in Playas del Coco

If you’re looking to stay awhile in Playas del Coco, then it’s worthwhile to seek out a long-term rental where prices start around $400 per month. With 1000+ condo units in the Las Palmas Residential Community alone, there are always options available.

In general, property management companies like Summer Time offer a large inventory selection, while there are a few Facebook Groups worth looking into as well.

While condos make up the largest portion of long-term rentals in Coco, there are some affordable Tico homes and villas spread about. If you’re able to rent share or simply desire more space to house your family, these options start around $1000-$1200+ per month.

Summer Time

The best option for long-term vacation rentals in Playas del Coco, Summer Time has the largest available inventory.  Being a sister company of Palm Real Estate here in Coco, new rentals can appear often, as properties get listed or sold.

Most of the rentals are centered in the Las Palmas Community with long-term options being available in:

  • Green Life, Green Turtle, and Morpho
  • Pequena Pariaso, Turquoise and Cormoran

They also have a few long-term options in the nearby Agua de Lechuga and Ventimiglia developments, as well as, in Marina Loft and Cocomarindo, which are located on the road the Ocotal. For more upscale rentals, they have some availability in Colinas Turquesa, Sombras, and Pacifico too.

While more community-focused, if you strike out in the groups above, try looking up Coco Chit Chat too, as a few rental notices do pop up there once in a while. At times, Facebook Marketplace also has some option, so be sure to check that out as well.
